Dazzling gifts

In line with my Christmas decoration post, here is this time a selection of Swarovski jewelry which you could either offer to someone or you may want as Christmas gift for you (Special Christmas tips: leave your computer or your smartphone open with this page and find a stratagem to have your friends or SO looking at it = NO, I don’t flirt I PROMISE).

So I have selected different jewelry to shine in several outfits. Let’s start unwrapping the gifts!

Because lately, I’ve been trying to wear something else than my fluffy Carebears jumpsuit, to accessorize a chic outfit, I found these earrings which I find very clever.

We can decide to wear only the crystal or with its row of 3 jewels, underlining the earlobe with finesse: a kind of 2 gifts in one!

Most of the time I am used to this style (you know my passion for comfort and easy decision making when it comes to choose my outfit): so it might inspire most of you too

I chose to match this tartan shirt with a jewelry from the Delta line, also convertible!

This time, we can either wear one ring, a duo or trio. The necklace is also made with 2 parts in order to adjust it either with a simple V shape or with a sparkling triangle, depending on the mood.

Dear Valérie, Vanessa, Virginie or other Vanina-A-A-A, I think you may like these jewelry. For the others, we will answer the curious that the V means victory.

It’s all about the details! A naked back (to catch a cold), a flower with strass around your wrist and Delta earrings once again convertibles.

Actually, I decided to wear them unpaired for a less traditional look.

I hope your Christmas gift quest is going well. On my side, I haven’t bought anything yet but I have been working on it!

Actually, this post could help moving things forward. During this holiday season, the Marionnaud Perfumery asked me to select my favourite products for a dazzling Christmas.

Rather than doing a classic wish-list (I must admit that I don’t need anything because all I want for Xmas is … youuuuuu), so I decided to choose a few products that you might be interested in and made a drawing of them.

So I selected two pretty perfume gift sets (I must go and try the Very Irresistible because I only smelt someone wearing it… and it proved its ‘irresistible’ power). Then, I wanted to pair make up products or accessories with the same kind of colour tints (well, yes, we always need to match gifts hehe).

I hope my selection of drawings will give you ideas (by the way the radiance face mask with a glasses shape is super cute).

Top Chef Cuisine

Last time, you discovered with me the new Chef Cuisine, the smart culinary machine coming from the space. As I was telling you, the thing I really enjoy with this machine, is the capacity of preparing a plate as a real Chef thanks to the box of tools it comes with.

For each meal, a model of presentation is proposed: you are free to strickly follow the explanations or to leave free run to your imagination. This time I chose the 2nd option and tried to compete with the presentation suggested by the Chef Anne-Sophie Pic: I am not afraid!

 

Plate presentation : The duel

As I need you to be the judges of this improvised challenge like Top Chef, for each meal I drew at the top of the picture a ‘model’ of the presentation proposed by Anne-Sophie Pic and at the bottom the picture of my accomplishment.

Seared beef, oat and vegetable pearls, Tasmanie’s berries sauce

As both propositions have a similar taste (“melt-in-the-mouth meat, crunchy veggies: a succeed without fail!” ) the difference is only in the presentation: come on, help me to become the supreme Top Chef (Cuisine!). (English translation by Quiterie)
