Le feuilleton « cutout boots » est bien terminé mais l’histoire entre elles et moi non ! Suite à vos commentaires intrigués au sujet de « Comment rendent-elles dans une tenue? », voici la réponse.

J’ai donc inauguré mes bottines ajourées (rendons un peu grâce à la langue de Molière) avec mon short en jean fétiche et ce blazer « vitraux » que vous connaissez déjà. J’ai donc marché toute la journée avec et aucun désagrément à signaler, je crois avoir fait le bon choix ! Ça valait le coup d’attendre 2 ans !

I inaugurated my openwork boots with my favorite pair of jean shorts and this « stained glass » blazer that you already know. I walked around all day, and there were no uncomfortable moments, I think I made the right choice! It was really worth the 2 year wait! (English translation by Bleu Marine)

It’s springtime !

Petit interlude dans notre voyage coréen. C’est le printemps ! Pour ma 3ème collaboration avec le site Les Bijoux précieux, j’ai concocté un petit look de printemps !

J’ai donc choisi de porter une marinière avec mon blazer navy… et toujours ce short en jean, que je porterai même lorsque j’aurai 80 ans (je me réserve le droit de ne pas poster de photo de ma tenue lorsque cette heure arrivera, pour le bonheur de vos yeux, ces mêmes yeux qui verront sans doute moins bien qu’à l’heure actuelle et nécessiteront peut-être une salvatrice opération de la cataracte… bref !).

En attendant, je le porte avec mes fameux collants invisibles et mes escarpins rouge. Et si j’avais porté des bijoux, qu’aurais-je choisi ? La réponse est ici !

Small interlude in our Korean journey. It’s springtime! For my 3rd collaboration with the Bijoux précieux website (« precious jewellery » in English), I’ve concocted a little spring look!

I chose to wear a marinière with my navy blazer… and yet again these jean shorts, which I’ll be wearing even when I’m 80 years old (I reserve the right not to post a picture of my outfit when this time comes, for the happiness of your eyes, these same eyes that probably won’t be seeing as good as now and may then need a saving cataract operation… anyway.)

Les risques du manteau

Ce manteau léopard, j’ai bien senti que certaines d’entre vous ne le portiez pas trop dans votre coeur alors je décide d’en remettre une couche ! Cette fois-ci je vais essayer de convaincre les non-convaincues avec cette tenue « short ».

C’est vrai qu’avec un manteau léopard, il faut essayer de tempérer de tous les côtés pour ne pas tomber dans la « Mercedes et Jeanine » attitude mais j’ai quand même voulu tenter avec mon short en jean … très short ! J’ai un peu hésité mais en calmant avec des collants opaques et une chemise boutonnée jusqu’au dernier bouton, ça annule l’effet Poupée Bratz non ?

This leopard coat, I did feel that some of you didn’t quite carry it in your heart so I decided to take it out again! This time I’m going to try to convince the not-so-convinced with this « shorts » outfit.

It’s true that with a leopard coat, you need to try to temper on all levels to avoid falling into a tacky or trashy attitude, yet I still wanted to try it out with my jeans shorts… very short! Un blouson pour le printemps

Jamais 2 sans 3 ! Une nouvelle apparition de mon teddy dans ce look décontracté. Dans quelque temps (je suis optimiste), ce sera enfin le printemps. Il fera doux et ensoleillé (je suis optimiste) et je devrai remiser cette chère veste brodée au placard ( elle tient quand même chaud la bougresse).

Du coup, je commence à lorgner sur les teddys printaniers, en particulier les satinés brodés comme celui-ci. Craquera, craquera pas, j’hésite encore.

All good things come in threes! A new appearance of my varsity jacket in this easy-going look. Soon (I’m positive) it will be spring. The weather will be sunny and warm (I’m positive) and I will need to put this dear embroidered jacket back into the closet (the little bugger really does keep you warm).

Therefore, I’m starting to covet spring varsity jackets, especially those embroidered in satin like this one. To buy or not to buy, I’m still hesitating. (English translation by LN)
