Following Marie Kondo’s advices, here I am, sorting out my clothes in my wardrobe, I wanted to pay them tribute. You know who I am talking about: these painful friends that can be real torturers…
It might come (even must come) from my feet which have always been very sensitive (foot-pad heating-up, hallux valgus, friction of the heel, and so on! My orthopedic defects would terrify the Prince Charming looking for his Cinderella) but these shoes are honestly killing me when I wear them (even for a short time).
I am actually quite happy that for the past few years sneakers have become fashionable again: it saves me.
… with these shoes
So I wanted to bring to light these pair of shoes that I hate as much as I love, despite of their lack of comfort, I can’t bring myself to accept the idea to be separated from them.
I have tried to take them to the shoemaker to soften them, wear soft pads, but there is nothing to do, they will remain the shoes that I will only wear a few minutes or before going to a restaurant (only if someone can pick me up and drive me back with a car).
Dear beauties, I hate you… with Love, xoxo. (English translation by Quiterie)
