You remember I had trouble finding a sport I liked? I found it: I run! Of course, I didn’t start off with 1 hour runs: I did it step by step: first 10 minutes, then 15, then 30 and all the way to 1 hour. I’m surprised at myself with this progress, knowing I really started from scratch.

Apparently, at some point, you feel a need when you don’t run. I didn’t ever feel it, and when I run, I don’t feel extatic either. I’m kind of ashamed to admit it, but what does it for me is the prospect of exchanging burned calories against yummy calories: I tell myself that afterwards I’ll be able to eat what I want when I want without much impact on my figure. When I run, I see cakes, cream puffs, sushis, korean barbecues, and burgers in front of me. But to each their own, right?
