Bicolor

Even if we tend to think that the looks from the Fashion Week are not really wearable and do not reflect the reality, streetstyle pictures outside the shows give me some inspiration. I just try to add my own touch and adapt the looks based on what I have in my wardrobe.

It was the case for these Chanel slingbacks that I have seen a few times. They don’t have anything new (except the heels) but the tip is iconic and it reminded me that I had a pair of similar two-coloured ballerinas in my wardrobe.

So I took them out with pleasure for a classic look, refreshed by the cowboy scarf and the ripped jeans… When I was telling you that I love adding my own touch ! (English translation by Quiterie)

Autumn kittens

· Fashion

Thanks to these automnal pictures, I want to show you a look worn a week ago (before the Parisian cold snap). Made with a mix of old and new things:

– A scarf that must remind some memories for whom who started following me in 2007 since I was already wearing it on my old blog (at that time, I had found it in a ephemeral sales of Japanese products at Le Bon Marché): it was only waiting for the mini-scarf trend to come out again!

Culottes that I can also wear in a warmer way with boots or Dr.Martens and socks. For the rest of this outfit, you may already know everything !

… except the ballerinas ! I totally gave in when I saw them on ASOS. They make me think about the emblematic ballerinas from Charlotte Olympia (that I’ve always hesitated to buy) but their shape is different because of the straps and their blue eyes. Cutes and comfortables, we can’t resist! (English translation by Quiterie)

Kenzo Totem

· Fashion

A month ago, I was contacted by Kenzo Perfumes to join the Totem tribe team. You might have seen the perfume’s advertising campaign with it’s three sides : sparkly, energetic or sensual.

THE TOTEM TRIBE TEAM

At the mere idea of teaming up ElsaMuse and Baptiste Giabiconi I was already sold. It turns out that putting our three minds together and creating a content based on a combination of all of our artistic abilities was a motivating challenge.

YELLOW TOTEM

For this project, each one of us represents a perfume: I chose the sparkly “Woody citrus” Yellow Totem (with notes of citrus, pink grapefruit and tea leaves = everything I love!). Also, the bottle was yellow, it was meant for me (haha, Yellowpower!)

Here are a couple of the pictures we created together: due to technical and calendar issues this project almost never happened, but sometimes it’s the “freestyle” moments that make a blog an exciting adventure.

It would seem that the notion of a federated team/tribe was well illustrated in this particular case!

You can see the two other tribe members, Elsa and Baptiste, on their respective blogs. Come and tell us which Totem perfume inspires you the most (Come on Baptiste, no charming the ladies, it’s unfair!) (English translation by Marine)
