J’espère que vous avez tous passé un bon réveillon de Noël. Pour ma part, ce fut cosy cosy comme je les aime et je ne ferai pas de déballage de cadeaux ici-même puisque je n’ai pas reçu de cadeaux « vestimentaires ». Etonnant? Je dirais juste qu’à Noël, je préfère recevoir des objets plus symboliques, utiles ou encore gourmands. La tenue d’aujourd’hui est un peu mon uniforme de l’hiver, c’est à dire pull en laine et short. D’accord, d’accord. Le pull que je porte est aussi troué que les cages qui me surplombent mais je vous assure qu’il tient chaud .Quand je pense qu’il y a encore un ou 2 hivers, je ne mettais plus de pulls et craquais en priorité sur des blouses légères. Oh l’inconsciente! En tous cas, cet hiver , je n’aurais pas tenu le choc habillée en blouse. Chers fabricants de blouses, j’approuve votre sagesse d’avoir ralenti votre production au profit des pulls en laine et je pars en chasse pour d’autres spécimens. A défaut de savoir tricoter, il faut savoir chasser.

I hope you all had a great Christmas holiday. On my part, it was cosy cosy, just like I love, and I won’t be unwrapping any presents here, since I didn’t get any « clothing » gifts. Strange? I’ll just say that at Christmas, I prefer receiving things that have a more symbolical value, that are useful, or tasty. Today’s outfit is kind of my winter uniform : shorts and a wool sweater. Ok ok, I conceed. The sweater I’m wearing is as open to the winds as the cages above me, but I promise it’s very warm. When I think that a winter or two ago I didn’t wear sweaters anymore and primarily went for light blouses. How reckless of me! In all cases, this winter, I wouldn’t have survived with just a blouse. Dear blouse manufacturers, I approve of your wisdom in having reduced your production to the profit of woolen sweaters, and I am setting out to hunt down other specimens. If you don’t know how to knit, you better know how to hunt.
